I came here to extract my wisdom tooth and ended up doing scaling and X-ray as well. Dr Elma is the best dentist I've encountered, very detailed in explaining the procedure and skilled in her work. The dental assistant, Anis, was very helpful and nice too. Front desk was friendly and pleasant. My treatment was excellent! The facilities like the waiting area and bathroom were modern and clean. Only downside is the location is obscure and the clinic is hard to find.

My child's experience at this clinic is really good 😊 The doctor is very patient and good at handling children, ready to explain step by step so that the child is not afraid. Scaling and dental filling are also very smooth, the child said it was not painful at all 👍 The staff is also friendly and the clinic atmosphere is clean and comfortable. I recently had my first dentist appointment in Kuala Lumpur with Dr Elma, and I honestly could not recommend her more highly. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. What really stood out to me was how detailed and thorough she was throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond, not only during the appointment itself but also with all of her follow up care, explanations, and referrals. She took the time to make sure I understood everything properly and made me feel completely comfortable and looked after. It is rare to find a dentist who is not only highly knowledgeable and detail oriented, but also genuinely caring and compassionate. I would give 100 million stars to Dr. Elma and Caca for their outstanding service! Dr. Elma works magnificently and is incredibly gentle. I’m extremely satisfied with the treatment. They even have Netflix on a big screen, so you won’t feel scared or bored at all during your dental procedure. Great job, Dr. Elma and Caca, you are definitely my favourite dentists!

visited fairfield twice for wisdom tooth treatment and services here are impeccable and highly professional. dr elma and dr azli were thorough in explaining the procedures and treatment were provided with such good care. all staff had excellent communication and the facility is clean and centrally located so its very easy to get to. would definitely come again and recommend to everyone seeking dental or medical care!

I had my scaling done here and I’m really happy with the whole experience. The doctor was gentle, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She explained each step clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect, and the scaling was done thoroughly without any discomfort. Her assistant was also very helpful and attentive, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. They worked so well together, and it really showed in the quality of care I received. Overall, it was one of the best dental scaling experiences I’ve had. My teeth feel incredibly clean and I truly appreciate their excellent service. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Fairfield Medical & Dental Clinic at Dayabumi, Kuala Lumpur, for a medical checkup with blood tests as well as a dental checkup. I was attended by Dr. Liana for the medical consultation and Dr. Elma for the dental session. Both doctors were very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained my health and dental conditions clearly and showed genuine care throughout the visit. I would also like to highlight the clinic staff who made the experience even better. Natrah, who assisted Dr. Liana, and Caca, who assisted Dr. Elma, were both friendly, well-mannered, and helpful during the procedures. The receptionist was also friendly and efficient, assisting with administrative work such as dispensing medication, arranging my appointments, and guiding me through the process smoothly. The waiting time was short as I booked my time slots earlier through WhatsApp, which was very convenient. The clinic environment is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the entire visit pleasant. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Fairfield Medical & Dental Clinic to anyone looking for professional, caring, and efficient medical and dental care.

I did a scaling & polishing treatment with Dr. Elma and I’m really satisfied with the whole experience! Dr. Elma was super gentle and explained everything clearly. The nurse and assistant were also very friendly and helpful. The clinic service was great — they even offered drinks while waiting, with a drink menu for coffee and non-coffee options! ☕ The clinic is clean, comfortable, and the toilet is well-maintained too. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place that’s professional yet cozy. I actually enjoyed the treatment 💯

I had my dental checkup with Dr. Elma and her assistant Caca, and the whole experience was honestly super good! Dr. Elma was very thorough and explained everything clearly about my teeth. There was no discomfort at all during or after the checkup, and she even gave really useful tips on how to floss and brush properly. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Came here for health screening. Staffs were welcoming and vibrant, aligned with the vibe of the clinic itself. Dr. Liyana was very helpful in terms of ensuring the process went as smooth as possible, and explained the details of the processes and medicine provided. My experience at Fairfield Medical & Dental was excellent. Their clinic is modern and clean, and the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Elma quickly assessed my treatment needs, discussed everything with me in detail, then set about putting together a treatment plan. I required multiple fillings, some minor gum surgery, a root canal, and a crown. Pricing for all of this was both reasonable and transparent (in stark contrast to my dentist back in Arizona) and I was delighted with the results of the treatment. I’ll miss the staff at Fairfield and wish them all well. I have no hesitation in recommending Fairfield Medical & Dental for your dental treatment needs.

Good service by Dr Elma and thorough explanation prior, during and post procedure. Gave tips on how to brush properly to prevent future plague build up. Also, the Dr was gentle and attentive and making me feel confortable throughout the session.

I have a good experience at Fairfield Medical&Dental Clinic. Parking is convenient (can park at City Parking, short walking distance to the clinic building)and staff are very friendly. You’ll be greeted with free flow drinks and calm ambience. Dr Kat, the dentist, is very friendly and gentle. Even my 4 year old son feels at ease under her care and almost forgot he’s actually doing dental checkup, busy watching cartoon 😂. Update on 20/5/2025: I came here for second time to get pap smear done. The procedure was swift and painless. Dr Liyana explained to me step by step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Recommended as always. I also did dental filling with Dr Elma. Very professional and thorough.
